In this Together Mellow Brown is an Imperial Brown Ale as a collaboration brew with Brick Tree Brewery. This beer was brewed with chocolate malt and over 10 lbs of honey per barrel and a lot of love. Vanilla and marshmallow adjuncts were added to add depth of flavors in a very smooth finishing brown ale.
Alcohol 11% ABV - 50 IBU
We took our 11% ABV Inland Sea Imperial Stout and added Pistachios and lactose free vanilla ice cream soft serve powder. These additions add complexity to the normally heavy ale with chocolate undertones and slight sweet finish.
Alcohol 4.6% ABV - 24 IBU
Alex on Vacay is a session Hazy IPA which is single hopped brewed with Citra and then dry hopped with Citra and Idaho 7. It is a perfect beer for when you want to enjoy a true hazy IPA but without the big body of a full Hazy IPA.
