We chose our porter beer for the base of this Pumpkin Beer. After fermentation, we added The Bo'z Coffee, which was donated by Haerfest Coffee Roasting. A dollar from every pint sold out of the tap room will be donated to Ryz Above Fitness, a nonprofit organization that provides exercise classes, day camps, and social opportunities that inspire individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle. We realize it's hard to get tired of our Amber based Pum'kin Ale since it only lasts about three weeks a year. But to shake things up we added Habaneros and Cinnamon. The Habaneros add a slight bit of heat on the back end and the cinnamon adds some sweetness to the real pumpkin and pumpkin pie seasoning from the base beer. Show Less

We took our Beached Boat Blonde with its clean fermented ale has a slightly bready malt profile and added Pineapple, Tangerine and Lime fruit puree to create a very enjoyable beer to help combat the summer heat. As for the name, we had come up with Pinegerime, but decided it was too hard to pronounce, more then once anyways. So we thought we would used AI to help us with the name and it came up with Fruit Boat Blonde by simply replacing Beached with Fruit. We are so smart. Show Less
